ENECO Mission: To provide to its clients the most advanced, versatile
and competitive wind/solar power technology and intellectual property in
its class under license and joint venture option.
ENECO is a specialized technology R&D, engineering consulting, and intellectual property
marketing firm dedicated to promoting and assisting commercial development through patent
licensing of its breakthrough modular and multi-tasking Wind Amplified Rotor Platform (WARP)
renewable -wind/PV solar- power technology. This widely internationally patented technology has
gained world-wide recognition and forms the basis for the next generation of environmentally
complying electric wind/solar power generation plants, both small and large. Over $1,500,000 in
research and development has been conducted in connection with Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute and support in part from the New York State Energy Research & Development Authorit (NYSERDA) .
ENECO has cooperative agreements with highly capable and experienced wind turbine design
and manufacturing firms who can support ENECO clients/licensees in tailoring WARP
technology for specific projects or applications. ENECO, under agreements, is also represented
by a network of agents who can facilitate licensing and/or joint venture transactions nationally and
internationally.

ENECO PRINCIPAL
Mr. Alfred Weisbrich is the founder and principal of ENECO and ENECO Texas LLC, and is the originator and owner of the advanced WARP™ wind power technology design and patents. Mr. Weisbrich earned a Bachelor and a Masters Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York. His professional career has included aerospace industry rotary wing R&D for advanced helicopters, prop-fan aircraft propulsion and wind power systems, as well as space propulsion rocket engine development. Specific conventional wind power development experience includes the 4 megawatt 250 foot diameter Hamilton Standard wind turbine built for NASA and U.S. Department of the Interior, the Kaman Aerospace 50 kW Vertical Axis Wind Turbine (VAWT) built for Sandia Laboratories and a 150 foot wind turbine blade for the U.S. DOE. He served as a Presidential Intern at the NASM under former Apollo 11 Astronaut Michael Collins. He received his professional engineering (PE) status in Connecticut and has authored and coauthored AIAA, AHS, ASME, IEEE, OTC, APC and other forum technical papers on advanced helicopter rotors, turboprops and wind power as well as on engineering and business process TQM/QFD. He is a member or former member of various technical, honorary and industry societies and associations such as Tau Beta Pi, Sigma Gamma Tau, Sigma Xi, the AIAA and the American Wind Energy Association.

Mr. Albert P. Cefalo is Associate General Counsel & Director of Intellectual
Property at Apple Computer, Inc., Cupertino, CA. Prior to this he held positions as Director of
Intellectual Property, PictureTel Corporation, Andover, Assistant General Counsel Intellectual
Property at Digital Equipment Corporation, Maynard, Senior Intellectual Property Counsel at
Sperry Corporation, Great Neck, NY and Patent Attorney for Babcock & Wilcox Corporation,
New York, NY. Mr. Cefalo received his JD from Suffolk University Law School, Boston, MA, an
MS and BS Degrees in Aeronautical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy,
NY. He is a member of the Bar in Massachusetts, New York and the US Patent and Trademark
Office and is affiliated with the American Bar Association, American Intellectual Property Law
Association, and the Licensing Executives Society.
Mr. Geoffery H. Dale is a retired senior financial executive of a Fortune 500
corporation and, as principal of Dale Associates, with broad experience as a consultant to small
companies and non-profit organizations. At Combustion Engineering Inc. (now ABB/Alstom) for
30 years, Mr. Dale served as Group Treasurer Power Systems Group, Board of Directors and
Treasurer, International Power Systems Inc., Officer of numerous subsidiary companies, and
manager of a variety of financial and administrative operations on a worldwide basis. He is active
as a trustee of estates and mediator of referrals by the Judiciary branch of government. He also
is an independent consultant for the National Executive Service Corp. Inc. and a board member
of numerous community organizations, including the Board of Directors, United Way of the
Capital Area, US National Board of Directors, Chairman, Board of Finance, Simsbury, CT, and
various other State and local Boards and Commissions. Mr. Dale was educated in private
schools and colleges England, with a BS Economics, graduate courses and management
programs in the USA at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Columbia University.
Dr. Robert E. Duffy is currently president of RED Associates, a research,
development and consulting firm. A former member of the faculty of the Department of
Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering and Mechanics at Rensselaer Polytechnic
Institute, he was for a number of years the Chairman of the Aeronautical Engineering Academic
Program. He is the author of over 65 published papers and research reports in the area of
applied aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and experimental fluid dynamics. Dr. Duffy has served
as consultant to numerous governmental agencies, industrial concerns and ventures. He is a
past member of the Atmospheric Flight Mechanics Committee of the American Institute of
Aeronautics & Astronautics (AIAA), an Associate Fellow of AIAA, and Associate Editor of the
AIAA Journal of Aircraft. Dr. Duffy is recognized in various Who's Who publications, including of Science & Engineering, Business & Finance, etc. He is a member of the honor societies Sigma
Gamma Tau, Tau Beta Pi, and Sigma Xi.
Mr. Robert J. Durbois is founder, President and CEO of The Master's Construction
Corporation. The corporation is based in Avon, Connecticut, USA. Since 1980, Mr. Durbois has
led the company in providing construction services to major American firms including
manufacturing, !egal, financial and business facilities. In the decade of the 1990's, Master's
provided all Bank Boston corporate projects in Connecticut.The bank is now part of Fleet Bank.
Masters has built over $100 million dollars of new buildings and renovations. Previously, Mr.
Durbois was with a public traded, New England general contractor. He served in the United
States Army for six years, attended Central Connecticut State University and is a member of the
Construction Institute at the University of Hartford and other business groups.
Mr. Brad Mead is founder and President of Delta Capital Group in Avon,
Connecticut He was also a founder of Baron Capital Group, a nationwide consulting and
hospitality real estate firm founded in 1984. Baron Capital owned and/or operated 25 hotels, inns
and restaurants and employed over 1200 people prior to Mr. Mead selling his interest therein.
Prior to Baron Capital, Mr. Mead was Director of International Commercial Programs for the
Grumman Aerospace Corporation in Bethpage, New York. He developed and packaged
Grumman technologies for license and joint venture programs overseas; negotiated programs in
45 countries in technological areas ranging from satellite systems to packaging. He was the
youngest program director in Grumman history. While at Grumman, Mr. Mead was also
Chairman of the Export Trade Committee for the Renewable Energy Industry, an industry
association board in Washington, DC. Through his activities with this industry, Mr. Mead served
on two Presidential Commissions, as well as, on the International Energy Administration (IEA)
based in Paris. He assisted in negotiations, at the request of the Department of Energy, on six
bilateral energy agreements in third world countries and testified before both Houses of Congress
on multiple occasions regarding matters of trade and energy. Mr. Mead is a graduate of The
Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.
Mr. Harvey G. Moger is a former Vice President (retired) of Connecticut General
Life Insurance Company wherein for over 32 years Mr. Moger had responsibility for Investments
and was in charge of the Mortgage & Real Estate Department. He was also Vice Chairman of
Connecticut General REIT. He is currently a Director of Fleet Bank of Connecticut and its
predecessor Banks. He is also a Director of Connecticut Water Services, Clinton, CT. He served
as a volunteer in the International Executive Services Corps, Amman Jordan. He is a charter
member of Covenant Presbyterian Church, Simsbury, CT and has served in various roles as
Elder, Trustee, Finance Committee, Building Committee, and Administrator for the Center for
Renewal. Mr. Moger's community and civic involvement include membership in the Democratic
Town Committee, member of the Economic Development Commission, Simsbury, CT, Director of
Riverfront Recapture, Hartford, CT, Director/Treasurer Operation Fuel, Hartford, CT and as
Trustee of the McLean Fund, Simsbury, CT. He is a Trustee of the Simsbury Free Library and
Corporator of Hartford Hospital. He served in the US Navy with the rank of LT JG. Mr. Moger
attended Dennison University, Granville, Ohio and Columbia University, New York, NY.
Dr. David L. Rainey is a leading authority in new technologies and new ventures
relating to environmental issues and has participated in the successful launch of more than ten
new ventures. He has over 25 years of experience in all aspects of environmental engineering
and management. He has consulted with numerous North American and European firms
engaged in solving environmental problems around the world. Professor Rainey is the Chair of
Environmental Management at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute's Hartford Graduate Center
where he teaches graduate level courses in environmental technology, new product
management, R&D, strategic planning and marketing. He has served as Associate Editor of the
Quarterly Journal of Corporate Environmental Strategy, and, as a member of the NSF
International Task Force for ISO 9000 committees for U.S. environmental management
standards. He has served as President and CEO ofAlfa Laval AB subsidiary Chemap, Inc., Vice
President and General Manager of GNA Industrial Furnaces, Inc. and of Wellman Thermal
Systems Corporation, and Manager of Business Planning and Project Engineering Manager, Combustion Engineering, Inc. He served in the U.S. military as one of the youngest battery
commanders of Hawk surface to air missiles.
Dr. Rainey received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Connecticut, an MBA
from Western New England College, MS degrees in Engineering Science and Management, and
a Ph.D. in Environmental Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, NY.
Mr. Richard E. Schoenhardt, AIA Founding President and Chairman,
established Schoenhardt Architects, Simsbury CT in 1984, following 24 years as a partner of
Galliher Schoenhardt & Baier Architects. Special expertise includes US Naval facilities, libraries,
churches, fire stations, and code compliance. As Vice-Chairman of the State Board of Materials
Review, and certified Building Official, has developed a solid working knowledge of building and
fire-safety codes. Mr Schoenhardt has been active as an officer, Board Member or trustee for
numerous private and civic organizations such as the American Institute of Architects,
Connecticut Society of Architects, AIA, University of Hartford Construction Institute, Advisory
Committee to State Task Force (Housing Plan), Simsbury Chamber of Commerce, The Master's
School, and others. Richard Schoenhardt's interest and support for architectural preservation has
included membership in the National Trust for Historic Preservation and participation in the
Greater Hartford Architecture Conservancy, where he served as a vice-president for several
years. He has received numerous awards in connection with architectural projects brought to
fruition under his leadership. Mr. Schoenhardt received his Bachelor of Architecture from
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, Troy, New York and he is registered in the States of
Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, New York, Pennsylvania, as
well as certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards.
